Getting started

Who qualifies for this online shopping?
All clients that have an existing credit account with Checkers Food Services qualify for online shopping. You can either shop using your existing credit account with CFS, or register online and pay with your debit or credit card.
How do I register for this online shopping?
All customers with an existing CFS credit account qualify for online shopping, and can use the eshop.checkersfs.co.za facility. If you require login details for your existing credit account with CFS, please contact jcsaunders@checkersfs.co.za with your FS number, email address, and business name.If you would like to purchase online for home delivery using your debit/credit card, please register at https://eshop.checkersfs.co.za/T-register.
Who do I contact for assistance?
If you need further assistance, contact our consultant on 021 507 3440 during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
What if I have forgotten my password?
Follow the password recovery link at https://eshop.checkersfs.co.za/passwordrecovery, or call 021 507 3440 and a friendly consultant will reset and email a new password to you.

Placing an order

How do I log in?
Go to the right-hand side of the home page, and select the “Shop Online”. You will then be directed to the online shopping page, where you can enter the username and password given to you during the registration process.
How do I find products?
The category menu can be found on the left-hand side of the page – click it to view the category under which your product is grouped. Alternatively, you can type in the name of your product in the search bar at the top right-hand corner of the page.
How do I add products to my cart?
Once you've found the product you're looking for, select the quantity you want to add by typing it in the box next to the “Add to Cart” button. When you click on the “Add to Cart” button, the item will be placed in your cart. Add one item at a time. You will receive a notification every time you add a product. Click on “View Cart” to see all the items in your cart, or keep shopping.
How do I change quantities?
Select “View Cart” at the top right-hand corner of the page. Here you can review each item and change the quantity by typing a new number in the box and selecting “Update Shopping Cart”. You can also remove items from your cart by selecting the “Remove” box and updating.
Will I miss out on promotional prices if I shop online?
Thanks to our automated pricing system, you will always pay the lowest price possible when shopping online. Don’t worry if the product is not listed under the most recent promotional price on the website – it will be correct once in your cart.
What happens when products are out of stock?
When you place your order, you will only be invoiced on the products that we have in stock. In the unlikely event of a stock problem, one of our sales consultants will contact you with more information.

Making a payment

How do I check out?
Click on “View Cart” at the top right-hand of the page, and review the items in your cart.Select the block that certifies that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.Click on the “Check Out” button at the bottom right-hand corner of the page, and follow the steps after that.
When do I pay for my goods?
If you have a CFS account, you can either choose to pay with card, or to credit it to your account when you click on the “Check Out Now” button.Your credit agreement will dictate how many days you have to make the payment. This will be communicated on your monthly statement. If you don’t have a CFS account, simply pay using your debit/credit card at checkout.
When will my order be processed & delivered?
Your order is processed automatically once you click on the “Check Out Now” button.All confirmed orders will be supplied within your next delivery slot, which will never be more than 72 hours from ordering. View the delivery schedule at: https://www.checkersfs.co.za/delivery_schedule.html.

Receiving the delivery

What if my order is damaged, unwanted or even missing?
If there are any missing, unwanted or damaged items in your delivery, please verify with the delivery driver and fill in a Goods Returned Note (GRN).For unwanted or damaged items, please give the goods back to the driver, who will return them to us so we can refund you. If you accept any incorrect items we will not be able to refund them at a later stage.Please see our Terms and Conditions. For any further queries, please email us at complaints@checkersfs.co.za.
What if my delivery is late?
We try to ensure that every delivery is made on time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.We will endeavour to communicate any delays to you as soon as possible and agree on the best course of action to get your order to you.
